He has architected and led many market successful businesses in all facets of communications/datacom from wired, optical, wireless and satellite. Douglas’s expertise includes corporate strategic direction, business development, marketing analysis, engineering research and development, information assurance, leadership and management techniques for high-performance teams, multi-national development, sales, finance and international customer relationships.

William Lagattolla is experienced in the Operational Functions and Realization Management of high technology programs, with essential leadership and end-to-end technical project management skills to deliver new innovation to market on an accelerated path. He has held various Member of Technical Staff positions, and Product/R&D Project Management, VP, and GM positions, with global and P&L responsibilities, in world class Manufacturing, Research & Development, Engineering Operations, Customer Support, and Consulting Services organizations. William has over twenty years of broad scope technical and business operations experiences primarily in the communications technologies and network equipment sectors. He has led numerous successful new product/feature/service implementation rollouts throughout the process of business case development, R&D lifecycle, and release to manufacture & global sales distribution channels. His expertise includes new product identification, development planning, and creating & managing successful cross-functional teams and external links directed towards execution to business plan and capture of performance targets.
William’s career includes AT&T Global Information Solutions, AT&T Paradyne, and Lucent Technologies. He served in key formative years with Paradyne Networks, Digital Lightwave, ECI Telecom in North America and Ajilon Communications. Early in his career William acquired DoD contractor program experiences with EATON Corporations’ Airborne Instrumentation Labs and Northrop Grumman Data Systems. He has a B.S.C.S. and M.B.A in General Management from Dowling College, NY; a Post Graduate Certificate in Technology Project Management from George Washington University, D.C.; and Continuous Education classes from AT&T and others.
